Limited Service contract with Unlimited Spares
The limited service contract is best suited for customers that maintain their own probers but wish to take advantage of factory-trained engineers for the annual preventative maintenance and other, difficult problems requiring a high level of expertise. This contract offers parts protection and a limited number of service visits.

Relocation Services
Let the professionals at Electroglas move your probers. We can move your Electroglas probers across the test floor or across the world! Electroglas provides expert services in every country around the globe. We can even conduct a PM or recertification during the process and ensure your probers are installed, calibrated and ready to probe in their new home. Electroglas factory trained engineers use genuine Electroglas parts and calibration tools to ensure your system is in production quickly.

Standard Local Move
If you need to move the probers within your site, we can disconnect, secure, and reconnect the probers in their new location. This service includes resetting tool points if necessary.

Long Distance Move
We will properly secure and seal your system in preparation for transportation. All international export documentation support is provided. Electroglas can arrange door-to-door, specialized logistics to provide extra support for your valuable equipment.

When the prober arrives we will unpack and install. Our engineers will ensure all calibration is complete and the system is ready for production.

Recertification and Calibration
If you want to ensure your prober meets factory specifications, let us recertify it in our manufacturing facility in Singapore. We will recondition the motor and platen assembly, conduct an annual PM, re-map the system and provide a new certificate of accuracy. We can provide this service during the relocation process with very little additional time.

*Note – Prober must be fully functional prior to de-install. If prober is non-functional, we can help with that too! Pricing for “Standard Local Move” is based on de-install and re-install, in most cases, the same working day. Please add $650 for Manipulator applications and other situations which may require additional labor. Freight charges are extra for all services.

System Matching
Are you interested in increasing utilization across your test floor? Are operators spending additional time transferring identical setup files to other probers only to find that there are unforeseen issues with alignment of targets? If you are experiencing these kinds of issues, system matching can help!

System Matching provides a method of setting the focus height of the high and low DPS cameras. By matching the high and low magnification of the cameras across your prober fleet, you can standardize on high magnification X-axis pixel size. Probe Card safety is also ensured because all other tool point work heights are lower than the Probe Card height.

Electroglas can perform System Matching without removing the prober from its work environment.
